Boston Wizard World Con... [ 2005-09-24 ]
We'll be there! I'll have my own table where I'll be selling Squarecat Volume 1, sketches and printouts of some special squarecatized drawings of some of your favorite superheros. There's penguin (Rich) Captain America, Spidermonkey, Matchies the bird as Thor, Squarecat as Ironman (or Ironcat)...and perhaps more. We'll see what I can do. Matt & Rich will be there selling their comic Johnny Raygun and doing sketches also. See you there! |

Just got back... [ 2005-09-07 ]
I was extemely lucky to go to Telluride for the film festival with Matt. We left last week on Wednesday and just got back last night at 3 am after getting lost and then finding our way through a maze-like Boston detour (93 North was shut down!!!). Matt and I both were amazed to think that we had no trouble navigating three hours from Durango to Telluride through winding mountainous Colorado wilderness, but just finding our way out of Boston was nearly impossible. Anyhow, all (hilarious) Boston problems aside, we had a great time with no complaints and there will be comics about my trip coming up... |

I just finished the last page of my the sketchbook I'm currently working in! Luckily, I've got a bunch of those sketchbooks stockpiled away...Hmm..this is kind of a lame news item. Anyhow, does anyone know the game Megaman? Matt made a shirt that has a little megaman on it (complete with pixelation effect) farting a pixelated cloud and underneath it says "Gustman." I think he really needs to put that on a shirt for himself. |
Diamond 'Lil (Lili) update [ 2005-08-22 ]
Diamond 'Lil, aka, Three Dinner Dog, Mary Puppins, Lillers, Lillington, Chillers, 'Lil Pill, Lillance, Lillerdoo, Bitey McButtsniff...err I made that one up, but anyhow, 'Ol Lillers is doing much better! She actually made it up onto her "doggie couch" today! So, it looks like her poor fractured pelvis is on the mend. Despite making it onto the doggie couch, my mom reported that Lillenhammer still glances longingly at the human couch and probably won't get complete satisfaction until she can jump up onto it and beg for food. Heh heh. |
