It's still very spotty and reported to be caused by hackers. I'm just wondering if I'll even be able to post this. So, I apologize if there's yet again, no comic today. |

I find it ironic that now that I'm caught up on my comics, I can't post them because our internet keeps going down! As long as it's working tonight I'll post the one from yesterday and today, so it'll be like a bonus...kind of (okay, not really). :D |
Awesome game today! [ 2005-04-12 ]
Sox beat the Yankees 8 to 1!!! But before the game, I got to watch the World Series ring ceremony. I found myself getting bleary eyed watching wounded servicemen present the rings. Also, I have a newfound respect for Yankee pitcher Rivera after he laughed and took off his hat to Boston fans while they gave him a standing ovation for "helping" the Sox win the World Series. All in all, it was pretty fun to watch and I had to hand it to the Yankees for being real class acts! Seriously, no sarcasm here.
In other news, Sox stoic second baseman Bellhorn smiled during the ring ceremony. He SMILED!!! |
Laptop hell [ 2005-04-11 ]
Oh, if only Future Jen could've let me know that I'd soon be the proud owner of a laptop with a giant scratch. Oh Future Jen, WHY?!!! She let me down and I'll never forgive her. Ever. Seriously. I even had to move all my icons to the other side of the laptop so I wouldn't stare at the offending scratch. Ahhh...my only solace is the comic which artfully depicts the tragedy thereby easing my emotional pain. My God the pain. Will it ever end? Sigh. |
